Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled laborer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. While previous experience in the construction industry is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates the necessary skills and aptitude.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks, including demolition, excavation, framing, and finishing work.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
- Follow instructions and work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on the job site.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed to support the needs of the team and the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a variety of weather conditions.
